Job Summary

Join a leading F&B outlet as a Service Crew Member, delivering warm guest experiences, managing reservations, handling transactions, and supporting sales to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests to create a warm and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits
Manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and respond to guest enquiries to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
Handle guest feedback professionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Promote menu items actively to support sales and achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Operate POS systems and perform basic cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
Work effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment, adapting to changing demands and busy periods
Maintain a presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance to uphold brand standards
Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet operational needs
Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a food service environment
Good communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications

Possess a valid Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate (not mandatory)
Demonstrate honesty and strong integrity in handling transactions and customer interactions
Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene to uphold brand standards
