Our client is a exporter/importer of steel, agro products, iron, etc. They have an immediate requirement for a Operations Executive.

Brief jobscope

Preparation of sales/purchase contracts and record keeping
Shipment allocation/BL draft and confirmation
Export document preparation as per LC or Contract for Bulk shipments
Documentation submission to bank and coordinating for clearing
Followup with clients
Coordination with shiping lines
Documents collection from shipping line/bank and taking necessary action
Weekly/Monthly MIS preparation
Adhoc admin duties

Work location : Raffles Place
Work week: Mon-Fri
Salary : $3500-5000 pm (depending on relevant exp)
