Our client is a chemical company engaged in the production of Cosmeceutical Active ingredients, Specialty Chemicals with primary focus in the personal care.
They have an immediate requirement for a Business Development Executive/Manager
Job description
Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Procuring new clients through Outbound Calls to CXO Level to generate quality and prospect leads and arrange for meetings.
Should be responsible to convert prospects to customers through enthusiastic customer engagement.
Crafting business proposals and contracts.
Work Closely with the Management and Leadership team towards generating new Business Opportunities.
Collaborate with other appropriate internal teams and represent the customers to solve their business requirements.
Should be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
Aggressive Follow up & Willing to learn attitude in the IT Infrastructure/IT domain.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3-5 years of related experience in Business Development. Candidates with B2B and Regional Sales Experience (for ASEAN countries).
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external associates at all levels.
Job location : Science Park Rd
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : $3k to 4.5K (open to discussions)
