Customer Service Officer
Our client is a WSQ Approved Training Organisation-Private Education Institution. They have an immediate requirement for a CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER.
Job Description
Respond to customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, and other sources
Assist students in registration for various courses
Provide information on the courses, fees, schedule, etc
Handle and resolve feedback, complaints, or conflicts
Provide monthly reports for management review
Manage training administration such as course registration, feedback, learning outcome surveys, systems administration, logistics arrangement, examinations management, and any other administrative duties
Tabulate and enter examination/assessment results accurately into systems and spreadsheets; and generate results notification, reports, and statistics
Compile and submit assessment results and statistics to relevant authorities
Coordinate training activities and training administration
Maintain up-to-date training records in the database and generate training and development reports
Key account management / corporate customer sales management
Meeting monthly assigned sales targets for key account / corporate account-related sales.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of experience in an administration /customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with clients, the ability to relate well at all levels, and possess effective presentation skills
Self-starter - Able to work independently without much supervision
Professional and confident in dealing with corporate clients
Possess strong work ethics and keep the information confidential
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (if required)
Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
Working Hours: Monday to Fri (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM) , Saturday or Sunday (9.00 AM – 1.00 PM)
Working hours is based on 44 hours per week.
Salary : UPTO 3k PM(open to discuss)
