Our client is a trading company dealing in petrochemical polyolefins and plastic raw material. They have an immediate vacancy for a Shipping & Logistics Executive.

Shipping and logistics coordinator person who will be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.

• Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
• Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
• Data entry & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, bills

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.
• Min 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Import Export or Shipping environment knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, excel and power point.
• Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job location : Ubi
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : $3000-4000 pm (open to discuss)
