Our client is a company offering niche placement services across different industry sectors and different geographical locations. They have
an immediate requirement for a HR Consultant

You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates,
negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond with candidate and client.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice.

Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in HR / Business Management or other relevant disciplines.
• CEI certified preferred
• A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
• IT / Engineering recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong commercial business acumen

Job location : Ubi, ingapore
Work week : Mon - Fri
Salary : $3000-3500 pm depending on experience
