PA cum Admin Executive
Our client is a trading company delaing in luxury goods. They have immediate requirement for a PA cum Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments For Directors
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation For
Directors
Organising events and conferences, follow up and reminding the
Directors/ manager of important tasks and deadlines.
Screening, answering phone calls, letters, and handling emails, managing
schedules, and taking notes at meetings.
To perform secretarial work and provide Directors/Manger with day-to-
day administrative support
Acting as the point of contact between the Directors and services
providers/suppliers/clients.
Generally, include scheduling appointments, paying bills and other
correspondences, calendar management.
Completes clerical tasks for Directors and Manager.
Able to Manage Ad hoc Administrative Activities.
Filing & Documentation.
Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form

Requirements:
Diploma – Preferable in Business Administration
At least 2 years of Work experience in administration skills.
Have knowledge of English language, excellent verbal communication
skills.
Knowledge of MYOB will be an added advantage.

skills.
Monday To Friday
9:30 am To 6:00 pm
Weekend Phone Attending while Directors are travelling abroad.
Salary : Upto 3K pm depending on work experience
