Our client is a trading company delaing in luxury goods. They have immediate requirement for a PA cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
 Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments For Directors
 Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation For
Directors
 Organising events and conferences, follow up and reminding the
Directors/ manager of important tasks and deadlines.
 Screening, answering phone calls, letters, and handling emails, managing
schedules, and taking notes at meetings.
 To perform secretarial work and provide Directors/Manger with day-to-
day administrative support
 Acting as the point of contact between the Directors and services
providers/suppliers/clients.
 Generally, include scheduling appointments, paying bills and other
correspondences, calendar management.
 Completes clerical tasks for Directors and Manager.
 Able to Manage Ad hoc Administrative Activities.
 Filing & Documentation.
 Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form

Requirements:
 Diploma – Preferable in Business Administration
 At least 2 years of Work experience in administration skills.
Have knowledge of English language, excellent verbal communication
skills.
 Knowledge of MYOB will be an added advantage.
 Good Administrative Skills
 Have knowledge of English language, excellent verbal communication
skills.

 Monday To Friday
 9:30 am To 6:00 pm
 Weekend Phone Attending while Directors are travelling abroad.
Salary : Upto 3K pm depending on work experience
