Customer Support Executive
Our client is a well known company providng Integrated & Innovative Global Logistics around the world. They have an immediate requirement for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT executive.
Job scope:
Provide excellent customer service support to by:
Liaise with customers and suppliers:
Sort out disputes in invoices with clients, Agents, and accounts before jobs are closed.
Adhere to advised department KPIs and achieve the same in advised timelines.
Weekly updates on open jobs and bookings should be sent to Dept head and Team leader without any follow-up.
Agent invoices and costs should be checked as soon as the pre-alert is received. Invoices checked should be handed
over to team leader for submission to Finance.
Any delays in receiving a pre-alert from the agent should be advised within 2 days of sailing.
Job location : Keppel Road, S'pore
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : About $4500 pm (Open to discuss)
