Our client deals with funds/investment advisory. They have an immediate requirement for a Manager - Finance & Accounts.

Accounting

Overall responsibility for the day to day accounts transactions
Quarterly preparation of abridged accounts
Finalization of accounts- preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with SFRS;
Liaising with Auditors and Banks
Invoicing
Monitor the cash flow, ensure payments are processed timely.
Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections, monthly
Compliance

All tax related matters including preparation and filing with IRAS regarding Corporate Tax
Preparation and filing with IRAS regarding GST/withholding taxes
Advance tax planning based on income projections
All related company secretarial matters including returns, minutes books etc. to be complied on a yearly basis
Corporate taxation: Planning & Compliance
Assist in review of various contracts and agreements and set up monitoring parameters
Assisting in other areas of compliance such as mandated by regulators such as MAS and other bodies as applicable from time to time
Management Information System and reporting

Setting up Internal controls and processes
Internal Auditing of Receivables and Payables and preparation of monthly report on Receivables and payables
Budgets formulation, comparison with actual performance and analysis of variances
Coordinate with the consultant for timely preparation of the Minutes for the company and its divisions
Reporting to Management – Variance analysis
Employee salary structure planning and advise
Monthly MIS for Management covering Company performance, Cash Flow, Individual Performance etc.
Quarterly MIS reporting
Candidates who have experience in Investment banking preferrred. The right candidate must have Professional qualification like CA/ACCA with 4 years of relevant experience

Work week : Mon-Fri

Salary : $5000-6500 depending on experience
