Our client is a global solutions provider and developer of cleantech water projects for advanced water and wastewater treatment. They have
an immediate requirement for a Commercial Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Contract Administration

Primary point to ensure compliance to contractual terms and conditions.
Coordinate with functional heads (Execution) to ensure contract is being administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Coordinate with Sales to review commercial terms and conditions prior to contract execution.
Coordinate with Legal to review legal terms and conditions prior to contract execution.
Maintain contracts database.
Prepare contract summaries for all material contracts.

Invoicing/Commercial Risk Assessment

Maintain project commercial risk register and take appropriate steps to mitigate/minimize commercial risks.
Ensure that any customer invoices are realized according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Coordinate with Finance/Projects/Supply Chain to ensure any Payment Claims or Tax Invoices are reviewed for
accuracy and in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract.
Assist in background credit checks on clients and suppliers on an as needed basis.

Financial Management

Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts for the project along with finance team (for actuals) and execution/sales team (for forecasts).
Work with finance/proposal team to prepare project level cashflow/financial models.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 4 years’ experience from EPC industries.
Sound knowledge of the technical, legal, contractual and commercial disciplines connected with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) projects.

Salary : $5500-7000 depending on experience
