Admin Assistant - Compliance & Contracts
Our client is a Marine Offshore company specialisizing in ship Chandler requirements.
They are on look out for Admin Assistant for their commercial contracts dept.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY:
(What needs to be achieved)
Manage and support day-to-day Commercial & Contracts Department related
administrative works.
Prepare service orders, quotations for clients and communicate with billings department
on billing matters.
Sourcing for marine / oilfield products and handle daily purchasing operation for Marine
and Operations Department.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements.
Provide secretarial support to the Director.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and
PowerPoint and good with multitasking and prioritizing the work.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above.
Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience doing administrative documents.
Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient.
Able to work independently and/or as a team and has good computer skills.
Able to work in a fast pace environment and tight deadlines.
Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
