Our client is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE. Given below is the jobscope and requirement.
Responsible for assigned Inbound shipments in Singapore.
Manage & update all import discrepancies.
Promptly handle customer enquiries/complaints and feedback.
Coordinate with the Origin country in case of any discrepancy...
All emails are to be replied to on time but not later than the end of the business day.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Ensure all import shipments are handed over to 3rd party for SG delivery as per the required service.
Coordinate with Ops to print labels for Ninja van & TCK courier.
Responsible for any return shipment/export.
Manage & handle all undelivered shipments.
Ensure the weekly KPI for POD closure is maintained at 98% completion by running a daily report and liaising with delivery vendors.
Ensure all local and international pickups are arranged under Ad-hoc
Some physical work may be required
Work week : Mon - Saturday (half day). After 3 months it will be Mon-Sat (alternate weeks)
Work time : 9am to 6pm
Work location : Changi
Salary : S$ 2200-2600 (open to discuss)
