Jobscope :
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of manpower, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Enhance the operational procedure and systems. Responsibilities include interviewing, selection and hiring, training new and existing production employees.
Job Responsibilities
Production
Daily/ weekly production planning (manpower, raw material and etc).
Entry of shift report into QuickBooks.
Inventory data entries into QuickBooks.
Quality and hygiene control (SFA).
Manage and improve SOPs.
Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
Logistics / Warehouse operations
Daily delivery planning.
Procurement management.
Loading and unloading inspection.
Facility / machines maintenance management.
Coordinate overseas shipments with relevant agencies.
Human resource
Conduct recruitment and training for production staff
Administration/ Finance
Prepare invoice,PO,DO
Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Food & Beverage Management or Business related
A minimum of 3 years' experience with proven track record in Food & Beverage industry/environment
5.5 days’ work week (Admiralty)
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Good problem solver and self-confidence in decision making.
Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills.
Audit Experience in (HACCP, FSM, ISO22000 & etc) is an advantage.
