Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive. They are well established global talent partner in Singapore with specialised focus in semiconductor , IT & Smart Technologies .

Thy are looking for smart , energetic and highly aspirant Business Development executive who has full cycle recruitment experience as well as the ability to develop new business accounts (particularly in IT/Tech/Banking domain).

On business side, the right candidate should enjoy prospecting for new clients and developing new business accounts through creative marketing strategy. Past experience in business development will be a good stead for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new clients through business development, marketing strategies and other initiatives to develop new clients in IT/Tech or Banking domain
Establish and maintain strong working relationship with clients and candidates both
Develop and execute business strategies to attract , outreach and establish networking in IT/Tech or Banking account
Salary : Attractive salary plus commission for qualified candidate.

Preferably a Diploma in Electronics, Computer engineering, Business Admin or Human Resource Management. Proven track record in recruitment can substitute academic qualification.

Positive and Can-do attitude, a strong sense of urgency and self-motivated

Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a MUST. Work experience may be 1-2 years

Willing to work in a small company to contribute and grow along
