Job Description
Our client is a ur client is a known wholesale trader with electrical sales, engineering design and consultancy activities. They have an immediate requirement for a GENERAL MANAGER for their operations in Singapore.

Job Duties
• Leads and drive Strategy and growth planning with various parties. Defining the priorities to deliver the roadmap.
• Turnaround and delivery of growth indicators sales, profit and loss and brand growth in the market.
• Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas
that will set the company apart from competitors.
• Determines the direction of a business by working with upper management
• and hiring and leading, motivating team members to create and implement strategies and goals.
• Builds a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to employee opinions, stake holder management, making adjustments
and accomplishments.
• Communicate a vision for the company and take steps to make it a reality.
• Works with self-developed business partners to drive the business growth.
• Keeps up with current trends in the industry and latest business approaches.
• Performs other decisions as necessary, such as reviewing reports, making presentations to investors and the board of directors, and examining how the
company optimises expenses and with new initiatives to increase revenue

Skills and Qualifications
• Leadership track record of 10+ years in leadership of Marketing and Sales
• Strategic overview and Hands-on Operations track record is mandatory.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, a Masters in Business Adminstration is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and hands on turn-around track record.
• Technical skills and network relating to the industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong network of connection for Singapore and Asia.
• Have track record of building businesses including start-up will be a plus point.
• Experience in Business Development with strong interpersonal relation of different tiers sophisticated to grass-roots.
• Track record of building a committed team and establishing processes Communication, Strong Verbal and Written Communication ( ideally with Chinese).
• Strong influencing skill in navigating headquarters and other leaders.

Work location : Ubi, Singapore

Work week : Mon-Fri

Salary : S$ 8000-9000 (open to discuss)
